We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Back Office Executive. As a Back Office Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operations and efficient functioning of our administrative tasks. If you have excellent organizational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced office environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, documentation, and record maintenance.
Manage and organize files, records, and documents both physically and electronically.
Coordinate with different departments and external stakeholders to gather and exchange information.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls promptly and professionally.
Prepare and generate reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required.
Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
Support the HR department with employee data management, onboarding, and other HR-related tasks.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information and company data.
Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or relevant education is a plus.
Proven experience as a Back Office Executive or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all tasks.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude.
