The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of CRM best practices and be able to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective CRM strategies.

Responsibilities:
Implement, configure, and maintain the company's CRM system
Manage data quality, accuracy, and completeness in the CRM system
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute CRM strategies
Monitor and analyze CRM metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure the adoption and effective use of the CRM system
Develop and maintain CRM-related documentation, including policies, procedures, and user guides
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM systems and technologies

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
1+ years of experience in CRM management or a related field
Strong technical skills and experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Hubspot
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Experience with data analysis and reporting
