We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to lead our HR department. As an HR Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and initiatives to support the organization's objectives and ensure a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, employee engagement, and retention.
Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures, and provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
Implement and manage performance management systems, including goal setting, performance evaluations, feedback, and career development planning.
Plan and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, ensuring a fair and positive work environment.
Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonus programs, and employee benefits enrollment and administration.
Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and employee engagement initiatives.
Maintain HR records and prepare reports related to HR metrics, such as turnover, recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
Lead and develop a high-performing HR team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to enhance individual and team performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar HR leadership role.
Strong knowledge of employment laws.
