We are seeking a highly motivated and talented HR Recruiter. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and selecting qualified candidates to meet our organization's hiring needs. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's growth and success by building a strong and capable workforce.

Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit with the organization.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Conduct reference checks and verify the employment history of selected candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system.
Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new hires and facilitate a seamless transition.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role.
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong interviewing and assessment abilities.
Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Experience 1 - 7 Years
Salary 1 Lac To 5 Lac P.A.
