Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source, attract, and screen potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the onboarding process for selected candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Requirements:
Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting techniques and best practices.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Prior experience in recruitment or HR roles is preferred.
