We are currently seeking a reliable and efficient Personal Assistant to support our executive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, managing communication, and ensuring that our executives are well-prepared for meetings and events.
Responsibilities:
Manage the calendars of our executives, ensuring that appointments and meetings are scheduled efficiently and effectively.
Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for our executives, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
Manage communication, including screening and responding to phone calls, emails, and other messages.
Prepare documents and reports for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and meeting minutes.
Attend meetings, take notes, and provide support to executives as needed.
Conduct research and prepare reports as needed.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Perform other duties as assigned by the executive team.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree preferred.
Previous experience in a personal assistant or executive assistant role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours as needed.
