We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of our products, from ideation to launch, and driving the development and execution of our product strategy.

Responsibilities:
Define and develop product strategy, including identifying customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, including defining product requirements, creating product roadmaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for new products and product enhancements.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to define product requirements and develop product features and functionality.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that product features are delivered on time and within budget.
Develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans, including product messaging, positioning, and sales enablement materials.
Monitor and analyze product performance, including sales metrics, customer feedback, and product usage data, and make recommendations for improvements.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop product positioning and messaging, and provide support for product launches and sales initiatives.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in product management, with experience in software or technology products, preferred.
Strong understanding of product development methodologies, including Agile, and experience managing product development teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
