We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesman. The Salesman will be responsible for actively promoting and selling our products/services to customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen, and a customer-oriented approach.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products/services and their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and value proposition of our products/services.
Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales process from lead generation to closure.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate pricing and terms with customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and trade shows as required.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
Proven work experience as a Salesman or in a similar sales role.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a genuine passion for providing exceptional service.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
