We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Salesman. As a Salesman, you will be responsible for driving sales and generating revenue for our company. Your main objective will be to identify potential customers, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Identify and approach potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct thorough market research to identify target customers and understand their needs and preferences.
Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential customers, highlighting their key features and benefits.
Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts, documenting sales activities and achievements.
Attend sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and showcase our products/services.

Proven work experience as a Salesman or in a similar sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
High school diploma; a degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
