We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead the retail team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations, including customer service, sales, inventory management, and team management.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement store policies and procedures that align with company goals and objectives.
Manage and motivate the store team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
Provide excellent customer service, including resolving customer complaints and inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, including sales data and customer feedback, and make recommendations for improvements.
Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products, and conducting regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote store sales, including creating store displays, organizing promotional events, and collaborating with marketing teams.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies, including health and safety regulations, labor laws, and company policies.
Manage store finances, including monitoring budgets, tracking expenses, and analyzing financial reports to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail management, with experience in a fast-paced environment, preferred.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and team members.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and financial reports to make strategic recommendations.
Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management, including merchandising and pricing.
