We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our products/services over the phone, building customer relationships, and closing sales deals. Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
Present and promote our products/services to prospective clients.
Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to meet customer needs.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
Handle customer objections and address any concerns or questions.
Achieve or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with team members and sales managers to optimize sales strategies and tactics.
Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Continuously improve sales skills through training and self-development.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to engage customers and build rapport over the phone.
Strong negotiation and closing skills to convert leads into sales.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet or exceed sales quotas.
Proficient in using CRM systems and sales tools to manage customer interactions and track progress.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections effectively.
Resilience and persistence to handle rejection and maintain motivation.
High level of professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions.
Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and sales managers.
