Are you a persuasive communicator with a knack for building rapport over the phone? We have an exciting opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a talented Telecaller to join our team and contribute to our sales and customer service efforts.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or a given database
Introduce and explain our products/services to prospects
Answer incoming calls and provide information or address customer inquiries
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication
Identify customer needs, handle objections, and provide appropriate solutions
Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and performance goals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maximize opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
Collaborate with the sales team to generate qualified leads and support sales initiatives
Continuously update knowledge of products/services and industry trends
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service/sales role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
Ability to build rapport and establish trust over the phone
Good listening skills and attention to detail
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
High school diploma or equivalent
